“Psychedelics have the ability to catalyze healing by allowing individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves, unearthing the root causes of suffering and offering profound insights for recovery.”

— Gabor Maté

IMPORTANT NOTE: I am not currently accepting new Ketamine-assisted clients, but I am happy to provide referrals.

 Accelerated Transformation

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy and Psychedelic Integration offer other options when more traditional approaches fail to provide the therapeutic results you are seeking. Beyond therapy, of course, humans have used psychedelic medicines in the service of radical insight and accelerated transformation for thousands of years. The power of combining psychotherapy with psychedelics lies in therapy’s ability to support you in bringing sometimes overwhelming experiences into the context of your life’s overall meaning and purpose.

As the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) puts it:

“Integration is a process of weaving psychedelic experiences into the fabric of our lives… moving toward greater wholeness, internally and externally.”

Psychedelic experiences, when paired with thoughtful therapeutic support, can provide a uniquely powerful gateway to transformation, but this path is not for everyone and requires clarity of intention and a deep understanding of the intensity of the experience before beginning.

In my practice, I offer both psychedelic-assisted therapy using ketamine, and integration support for any psychedelic experiences you may have had outside of therapy.

Psychedelics are having a moment. From media focus to corporate investment, the psychedelic experience is becoming mainstream. While access to these medicines and their potential to create healing brain states and powerful insights is an enormous opportunity for new pathways to healing, it also represents a risk for abuse, commoditization, and misunderstanding. One of the biggest risks is the positioning of psychedelics as a silver bullet for trauma treatment—on their own, they are not. There is no silver bullet.

It’s important to cut through the hype and get a clear understanding of what you can realistically expect—and what the risks are—before committing to psychedelic therapy. I offer a free consultation to ensure that this powerful approach will be a fit for you.

In practicing psychedelic integration I try to strike a balance between emerging scientific research regarding the effects of these medicines on the brain/nervous system, while also respecting the ancient and sacred traditions that they have come from. What I do not do is to act as a colonizer in co-opting the sacred rites of traditional peoples by adopting the role of pseudo-shaman — our work together in this space may acknowledge those cultural contexts, but it will take place primarily through the rapidly evolving lens of Western transpersonal psychology, and the emergent phenomenon that psychedelics represent in that context. In other words, our work together will be in the service of psychological and emotional healing, and integration of transpersonal, non-ordinary states of consciousness into everyday reality.

Ketamine-Assisted Therapy

Among the emerging psychedelic therapies, orally-administered ketamine is currently the only legally available option in most U.S. states. Used in lozenge or tablet form under clinical guidance, it offers a powerful entry point into expanded self-awareness and emotional reset, while being shorter-acting and potentially less intense than classical psychedelics (psilocybin, ayahuasca, LSD). The benefit of oral ketamine is its convenience, as sessions can take place in your home or in a therapist’s office, and do not require the medical monitoring that IV infusions do.

Evidence-Based Benefits:

  • A 2024 Nature Medicine study of extended-release oral ketamine showed rapid antidepressant effects within 8 days and strong safety/tolerability (nature.com).

  • Meta-analyses confirm oral ketamine produces significant symptom reduction in depression, PTSD, and anxiety—especially when paired with integrative therapy (psychiatrist.com).

  • Compared to IV, oral administration provides longer onset and gentler intensity, ideal for clients seeking a contained, reflection-friendly experience.

Why It's Especially Relevant for Leaders, Caregivers, and Trauma Survivors:

  • Interrupts survival-mode functioning—creating space to feel, reset, and reconnect

  • Enhances neuroplasticity, making therapeutic insight more accessible and enduring

  • Helps release buried emotion and tension tied to longstanding over-responsibility

  • Creates a threshold moment—where clarity, grief, and relief can coexist

Integration & Support

The medicine may open the door—but it’s the integration is where you make meaning of your experience and weave it into your everyday life. Without it, insight fades. With it, insight becomes transformation.

Integration therapy helps you:

  • Make sense of your personal psychedelic journeys experience emotionally, somatically, and spiritually

  • Apply what you discovered to how you lead, care for others, and relate to yourself

  • Anchor new patterns of presence, boundaries, and clarity in your daily life

  • Tend to what the medicine surfaced: grief, truth, desire, possibility

The psychedelic experience can feel like it changes everything in a moment—integration work is subtler, slower, and focused on helping you embody lasting change. Over time, you may find you no longer carry burdens quite the same way—or need to.
